How VUBE uses account and service information.

When you sign in, we process your Discord identity, username, avatar, and sign-in time. At checkout, your name, email, plan, order reference, and payment status are used to provide your order and access. When you use AI, your messages and submitted context are processed to generate a response.
How information is used
Information is used for authentication, plan access, order processing, AI assistance, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Do not include unnecessary personal information in AI conversations.
Third-party providers
Sign-in uses Discord; payments are processed through Duitku. AI messages may be processed by the service's AI providers, which have their own privacy policies. VUBE does not request Discord passwords or payment card details in support chats.
Cookies and preferences
Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage may retain language and display preferences. Clearing cookies or signing out ends your browser session but does not automatically delete order records.
Data retention and requests
Account, order, access, and usage records are retained for service purposes and applicable obligations. You may request information, correction, or deletion through support. Some transaction records may need to be retained; requests are reviewed after identity verification.
